PetrolValves is pleased to announce the successful certification of its Anti-Bribery Management System under the ISO 37001:2016 standard. Issued by LRQA, this certification covers all group sites and activities, including the design, manufacturing, and maintenance of advanced valve and actuation systems for the chemical, power generation, and oil and gas sectors.

A Comprehensive Approach to Governance

This milestone arrives as part of a broader strategic evolution at PetrolValves. Following the Board of Directors’ resolution on June 10, 2025, the Group has officially adopted three pillars of responsible management:

  1. Anti-Corruption Policy: Establishing the founding principles to prevent malpractice across all business functions.
  2. Sustainability Policy: Defining the principles for environmental and social stewardship.
  3. Human Rights Policy: Protecting the dignity and safety of our people and the communities in which we operate.

Empowering the Future

To oversee this transformation, PetrolValves has established a dedicated Sustainability Committee. Led by the Chief Operating Officer, this body ensures that sustainability is not a peripheral concept but a core element of our corporate strategy.

“Achieving ISO 37001 is a testament to our commitment to trust,” says the Group Management. “It validates the ethical culture that our teams live every day, ensuring that as we innovate for the subsea and onshore markets, we do so with an unwavering moral compass.”

By integrating these safeguards into our internal processes, PetrolValves continues to fulfill its promise: Enabling your energy flow through excellence, reliability, and absolute transparency.
