PetrolValves After Sales Team, supported by both the Head of Engineering and the QA Management, accommodate all technical requests received by the client while providing the best solutions in the most timely and reliable manner throughout the world.
A team of highly skilled Service Engineers, along with a network of PV Workshops located in strategic markets around the world, assure a strong presence for the End Users, with the capability of rendering any kind of assistance.
Coordination between PV Headquarters in Italy and Branch Offices in Europe, Far East, Middle East and USA allows PV to react immediately, while keeping cost down.
On Site Assistance
PetrolValves has over 50 years Service experience with a wide range of valve product and is always at client’s disposal with our capability to mobilise PV Service Personnel on a 24 hours basis for both Onshore & Offshore sites.
Our Service Personnel are subject to a structured multidiscipline training program in order to be qualified as a PetrolValves Specialist, with the following capabilities:
• Pre-turnaround – walkthrough plant survey
• Turnaround-repair valves with supervision and inspection
• Maintenance history records system for individual valves
• Sales of spare parts and tooling as well as lapping equipments
• Design and sales of special tooling
This full knowledge of Valves’ world makes our Personnel fully reliable in supporting activities such as:
• Valve installation
• Pre-commissioning and commissioning phases
• Troubleshooting
• Witness Start-up/commissioning
• On site examination/investigation
• Valve repair and re-conditioning
Our Valve Service Specialists are also available to perform on-site valve evaluations to prevent potential valve problems occurring.
All original PV spare parts replaced by our Service Engineers is covered by our standard one year guarantee. This is to ensure our clients about the quality of our products.
Our team is also available to arrange valve upgrading and training for client Personnel onsite or at our facilities.

In the PV workshop support network, we are able to offer a complete range of assistance, including service with quick and reliable refurbishment for our entire range of products.
PV After Sales Team will work closely with our clients to locate the closest PV facility, which is always ready to lend any assistance as necessary towards proper refurbishment.
