The recently created After Sales Business Development Team, coordinated by PV Headquarters in Italy, is PV’s window to the world. It is composed of representatives from Europe, the Far East, and USA branch offices, in order to be most responsive to regional as well as global needs.
The team works closely with our clients towards having a mutual exchange of information regarding PV Valves’ performance, working both Offshore and Onshore, in refineries, gas plants, LNG facilities, compressor and pump stations around the world."
We are happy to troubleshoot any area of operational difficulty, supervise the storage of spare parts, and offer advice on any parts or valve requirements that may be required in light of an upcoming shutdown or plant expansion. In addition, we will be happy to discuss the possibility of upgrading specific design features and materials of construction, depending on the experiences encountered in the specific applications, and renewing the relevant warranty terms.
