Transportation & Parking System
MAIN FEATURES:
- A welded structure in painted carbon steel construction can be supplied in order to park the actuator before the installation on the valve, or when the actuator is removed.
- This grants a weight balanced parking position and the preservation of the actuator bottom flanges.
- The structure may also be used to ease the transportation of the actuator, providing a balanced support for the spring cartridges and a stable anchoring system.
- The intermediate spool between valve and actuator housing remains fixed to the valve in case of actuator removal.
- After assembly of the actuator on the parking structure, the actuator shall be bolted to the structure using the bolting supplied with the structure.
- Transportation of the actuator when installed on the structure shall be performed using the lifting lugs on the actuator.
